Are you able to embed H5P files into Elgg?
Elgg has been around a long time now, and was very popular around 2008 - but then stalled a bit with development. However, it seems to be pretty active again, with current releases.
I would suggest you post to the Elgg user forums, and ask about H5P embedding, because it seems to be something that should be on their development roadmap now.
